Linen doesn’t smell fresh. It smells like someone had slept in it and they haven’t washed it. Couch wasn’t clean. There were crumbs on crevices. There were a group of people in the other unit that were being really loud on a Sunday morning at 5am. It’s currently past 6am and they’re still going. Like talking loudly and screaming. It doesn’t seem like there’s staff or property manager on site to regulate this.
The suite is very nice and clean. The surrounding area outside had quite a few homeless people that were sleeping on the sidewalk and one awake that was shouting at us. Besides that it's a nice place
Awesome place nice view from windows and very quiet also not far from anything I recommend this place to anyone if In town and very reasonable
Business traveler, first time in Toledo—needed something centrally located, quiet and not super expensive and was pleasantly surprised when I ended up here. It’s basically like having your own apartment downtown. Clean & super quiet with all the normal amenities of a regular hotel. There’s a convenience store/sub shop a few doors down so I didn’t have to go far while I was working. Highly recommend, great value.
