Baymont by Wyndham Perrysburg/Toledo

This was one of the worst experience I have ever delt with when traveling and I travel a lot. Customer service was very rude and nasty , they tried charging me for people that came to visit and sit with us at the pool that didn’t even go swimming . We had no towels down at the pool and they refused to bring them down until 2 minutes before the pool closed . I requested more towels and blankets upon booking my room they refused to give them to us. I found bugs in my bed with stains all over the bed sheets. I will never return back to this hotel again . With dealing with the customer service experience and the headache save your money and go to the comfort suits and make your stay worth the time

Loved the sauna, Jacuzzi, and pool.

Booked this hotel through Priceline. Arrived and was greeted by a very nice gentleman at the front desk. Was provided to key to a room on the first floor. Upon opening the door there was a strong unpleasant odor and the sent of Glade attempting to mask it. We immediately told the hotel clerk who apologized and gave us another room two doors down. Although that room didn't smell, there was evidence of mice and bugs (mouse poop and what appeared to be roach carcasses). We went to the car to complain to Priceline and then to return the key card and check out. This all took place in the time span of 45 mins. We are now fighting with Priceline to return the funds. This place is unhealthy and unclean.

I work third shift and I was able to sleep through the day time peacefully. Clean hotel, more than on entrance. Only thing I did not like is that If you are on the second floor there is no elevator to help carry your items up.

It was my worst hotel experience ever and I am 73 years old and a platinum member with Wyndham hotels. The place is a dump. After entering the room I asked for a refund so I could go to a different hotel but they refused. I opened a case with Wyndham hotels.

WARNING rooms are clean but older and hallways have dirty and worn carpet (would not recommend as price was higher because of surge pricing for that weekend).

Old hotel that needs a lot of work. No elevators so if you have mobility issues, consider that. I was there for a volleyball tournament so not my hotel of choice. In the future this hotel will not be a consideration. Too many other hotels around to settle for this.
