The bartenders here really make this place special! Noe made me the perfect espresso martini, and they went the extra mile to find tortilla chips for my hummus instead of bread.

Hotel room AC didn’t work and had black mold all over it People were able to come into my room via window and slept in our hotel room worst vacation ever Bathroom door with see-through with no lock also there was no water in severely dehydrated. Had to go to the hospital also, the toilet paper was 1 fraction of a sliver every time you wipe There would be poop on your hand The continental breakfast was not very continental the eggs tasted like Styrofoam we also bought a movie that costed 24.99 and they charge us for 35 remind me, the lady who works there is very rude and does not care about the well-being. It took us over five hours to get the AC fixed at one in the morning. had to move to a different room also the room service that comes and clean is horrible this made my DC trip really horrible and called me by my first name and was very disrespectful

This is 2026, and this greedy hotel wants you to pay for WiFi single day use? This is a joke !
