Amazing experience at the resort to wrap up my Olympics trip! The property is peaceful and quaint, has an old money country club feel to it. Great service and above average food at the Fireside. Loved the in room jacuzzi!

My wife and I just had the worst check-in experience in my life. The negative initial check-in experience completely overshadowed our view of this otherwise wonderful facility. I checked into literally thousands of hotels around the world due to my career with heavy travel. BY FAR this was the worst experience. The font desk receptionist told us the room will be ready 30 minutes late and that she would call me. After 40 minutes, no call so my wife stopped by with the receptionist and she said 5-10 more minutes. After another 20 minutes, I stopped by the front desk waited another 5 minutes because it was vacant. During the check-in process when I expressed my dismay about the lateness and lack of communication, she started to argue with me tenaciously that I was wrong. We got into a 15 minute heated discussion. This experience was so unsetting and ruined our 4 day getaway from the start. Too bad…. Such a lovely facility on a great location with a nightmare of a receptionist with a clear attitude problem.
