This used to be my go to spot when going out but every time I have gone as of late, the downstairs dance area is closed. The bar is now much too packed. The atmosphere is great, but it’s just not the same.

Best dance space in Portland. Authentically Goth in music & vibe. Affordable cover & always worth it, rare for this city. Love the basement & dual dance spaces. Food truck could be improved.

I came to Coffin Club while on a work trip. Went on Thursday night for the goth/darkwave/industrial DJ set. Other reviews complain about the bartended but my experience was super positive. The atmosphere is cool with lots of horror themed art. The DJ did a great job keeping bodies moving. And shout out to PDX goths - y'all are very cool and know how to share a dancefloor. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in town again.

Sadly the club was closed though the huts said it was open. I was going to get in earlier, but couldn’t find the way in. Perhaps next time I go to Portland. I hear this is the hippest club in the area and lives up to its name. Definitely drop by if you are a tourist!

Always a great time! I love the karaoke nights. They also had a lot of bangers this Friday and lots of people dancing.
