Great location, clean room, lovely renovated bathroom. That is genuinely where the good news ends. Parking requires showing up in person at 11am to claim a spot. If you are gone all day - good luck finding street parking. The front desk staff were efficient in the way a tollbooth is efficient, not exactly thrilled to see you. Additionally, check-in has an odd vibe because it's located in Jupiter Next, a building across the street. The room had no iron (prompt delivery on request), no sound insulation, and no openable windows. It did have a fridge packed with $14 kombucha (which I had to move to make some space) and enough candy to host a children's birthday party. The AC had two settings: Loud or Jet Engine. Without it, the room reached an instant Caribbean worthy humidity level. It also smelled of mold, which tracks. The billing was a creative experience. On May 3rd they sent me a full invoice showing a May 3rd departure, which sent me scrambling to call and confirm they hadn't checked me out a day early. They hadn't. That invoice simply had zero dollars charged. Then, 16 hours after I checked out at 6:30am on the 4th, a new invoice arrived at 10:30pm, same line items, and this time with an undisclosed fee quietly added. All of this after I had already filled out their satisfaction survey. When I asked for a refund, I was offered 10% off a future stay by an anonymous staff member. I will not be having a future stay. I'm not a lawyer, but I'm reasonably sure that's not how consumer protection works. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere that tells you what you owe before you leave.

Never been to a hotel without a fridge. Rating it 1 star because of the dissapoint of the hidden fees. 40$ per night for parking and beware they will charge you an extra 20$ a night so you can cover expenses they should be paying for themselves. Totally not a worthy experience.

Horrible customer service super poor service none friendly when ask questions specially when your not from around and you don’t know the area no parking in the property and when try to get one they they tell you is full they need to have their priority straight with is their guess to make sure they have parking we didn’t even got to stay in the room as we got so frustrated 😩 trying to find a place to park for 1 hour the area is nice but around it is super ghetto so we didn’t want to leave a new car in the street

Was told prior to booking that the jupiter would have underground and above ground parking available. When we arrived we were told that all parking was booked and we had to park in another lot across the street. When we did the next morning our car was broken into and some items and personal affects that were very important to us were stolen. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone driving a car especially if you do not have the parking you claim on your website. Will never be staying here again
