Reclaim

Reclaim is a St Paul nonprofit, running since 2013, that provides therapy for queer and trans young people aged roughly 13 to 25 and their families. It's at 2446 University Ave W, suite 104, in the same building as OutFront Minnesota. Services include individual, family and couples counselling, gender-exploration groups for younger teens, a support group for BIPOC young adults and a group for parents and caregivers. Fees are on a sliding scale, so lack of insurance isn't a barrier. It's a clinical service rather than a drop-in centre; start through reclaim.care.
