Best bar in North Park. Give it a shot

I don’t why the bartender I see at Redwing on Tuesday thinks ok to throw her customer service out the window because she’s working in a bar. She’s been rude on many occasions. I don’t tip her because of her attitude is so unattractive, I don’t see a way to add a second review but I ordered a hazy and the same short stuff bartender said $8 and I waited for 10 minutes and she never brought me my change. She probably does this all the time thinking customers don’t notice.

This place is most certainly a dive bar in all the best ways. I heard they had amazing fried pickles and it did not disappoint. Probably some of the best fried pickles I’ve ever had. I also order a small nacho to go, I don’t know what they put in their “spicy” cheese but it was so hot I thought my gums were bleeding and I had to abandon the food. It was busy so unless you walked up and stood at the bar it was difficult to get service. They also give you a vibrating tag that lets you know when your food is ready and you have to walk down to collect it. I also heard someone say they do karaoke every day at 7pm. I’d definitely come here again.

$8 for this amount of pickles?

I visited your establishment with the intention of participating in the karaoke event, only to be disappointingly turned away. Furthermore, I observed a group of individuals who repeatedly took the stage to perform, clearly being acquaintances of the DJ. This behavior disrupted the flow of the event and created an atmosphere that was less than welcoming for other guests. It was evident that the bar prioritized these individuals over the experience of other patrons, which was quite disheartening. I would advise against visiting this venue if you value a fair and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Staff is rude. One of the bartenders kept making faces at my friends and I when we were having a conversation in Spanish. They were visiting from Mexico City and I thought they would have fun here. The bartender is short Hispanic looking. Get more welcoming staff. Not only that but we saw a rat right by the restrooms where the kitchen is at. Won’t be going back.
