Relational Wellness Group (Virtual)
About the event
Join us for the Relational Wellness Group, a space for folks in same gender and gender queer relationships to gain and practice individual emotional regulation skills, effective and collaborative communication, and equitable equanimity techniques. This group will support individuals in partnerships (ENM & monogamy) who are seeking additional skills to facilitate the strength of their relational skills and connections. The group draws from Mindfulness, CBT, Emotional Intelligence, Somatic, and Narrative Therapy practices.
