Please be careful about this place especially the pool table. The machine will take whatever money and will NOT give back you any change! If you put $100, the machine will just take it. They took your money and then ask you to leave immediately and refuse the service. It’s such a horrible experience and please be extra careful. Also, they will discriminate you by your ethnicity. Also the bartender was extremely rude and threaded to beat us and ask us to leave immediately after we paid money and refused to serve us and not returning money to us.

The pool machine charged us $20, but it did not return any change. When we asked about it, the staff refused to help and told us to leave instead of resolving the issue. The bartender claimed to be the manager, but that did not appear to be true. This was extremely disappointing and disrespectful customer service. If you value your time, money, and basic respect as a customer, I would not recommend this bar.

Juan Pablo is the best bartender in the world, and I wish we had bartenders like him in NYC. Thanks for the hospitality and the cocktails!

Anyone know if their back patio is open yet? I tried calling to ask but they don’t answer their phone…
