This is my 2nd custom pup hood from Mr. S and I am absolutely in love! I will continue to come back as Kylian Yeen-Beans grows and changes. So excited to wear my new face ^_^ thank you!!!

I went there as a cishet man and had a good experience. Some employees were very helpful, but some others were clearly uninterested or in a hurry. They have a large selection of clothes for various tastes and kinks, though I did not see much latex. As for sex toys and other accessories, I felt the choice was a bit limited, though they had a lot options for what they did have. For instance, not many different types of dildos or chastity devices, but a very large choice of sizes. Not many options for leashes and collars, but the option they did have was available in numerous different colours. Everything is pretty expensive but looks high quality. As I mentioned at the beginning, I am not part of this scene so I was slightly taken aback by the number of naked or almost naked men I saw and by the sexual activity occurring out in the open, but it was not inconvenient.

Great customer service! I messed up my shipping address (I know, my fault) and when I realized the package was RTS, I called them. They shipped me a new one immediately with no charge for shipping (that might be because of pride month deals though, I would’ve paid for my mistake). Ruby was incredibly kind, too. Even with the mistake, it still arrived with two weeks of ordering.

Love love love my pup hood!!!! So glad I was contacted about the size I originally picked because the staff knows their stuff and had me go with a size smaller and it fits perfectly! I definitely couldn’t be happier right now!!! Arf bark!!! (so so many tail wags!) 👅🦴

Great selection of items at a good price. They have the absolute best customer service too. Always stop in when we’re in town to browse around and also take advantage of their online store when I’m not nearby. I wish I could add a sixth star to this review.

I ordered a harness, and after one tug on the center ring it tore. I've noticed a huge difference in quality since they laid off their entire in-house production team and outsourced everything to save money. *sigh*

Nice store and selection. The little topless “Queen” at the front has a bit of an attitude problem. She needs to realize she’s just a sales clerk, drop the attitude!
