Great service and friendly staff! They can use an update in the rooms. I would go back and recommend but don't expect your "regular" hotel experience. Overall good!

I booked a one-night stay from Saturday to Sunday, but I left around 10:30 PM Saturday after seeing a large roach, over 1.5 inches long, walking across the room floor and going under the bed. I did not stay overnight and had to find another hotel the same night because I did not feel comfortable or that the room was sanitary. I also noticed other room concerns, including a brown stain on a hand towel and a torn bath towel. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a full refund, but the issue was not fully resolved giving a possible partial refund... Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and nor should you unless you want Roaches. 4/25/2026 Update 04/29/26: I finally heard back from hotel staff. They stated they would only offer a partial refund, even though I left the same night due to the roach/pest issue and had to book another hotel. The phone conversation felt unprofessional and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating.

We came here after having a nightmare experience with our other lodging arrangements at St Anna's house (which we found out was infested with roaches and very unclean). We rolled in about 11pm and walked into the owners having a fight in a room right behind the front desk. We rang the bell, and I explained we needed a hero to save us from what we just experienced at the other place. She began to cry and stated she wasn't sure she could help, because she was going through some issues of her own. Huh??? She then disappeared back behind the door to her room, and proceeded to fight with her husband/boyfriend for another ten minutes (what?!) until we left to find another place. She then followed us out to the car to try and get us to come back. We felt bad for her, and we hope she finds peace. But for the love of God, could you have just given us a room before you fought your husband and not made us feel uncomfortable staying? Good luck to the woman though, we praying for you homie! And I will say, we loved the lobby at least, minus the fight. 🤣

Property is in a somewhat good location but the manager behavior wasn't expected. On a long weekend, she refused to give a room though it was booked and she charged us for it. I would really not recommend to anyone just due to personal experience.

I was in Reedley for the weekend to spend Mothers day with my Mother. Wendy was very accommodating and very friendly! I had a comfortable bed and a hot shower! Loved it thank you!
