Fairfield Inn Santa Clarita Valencia

The service here has always been excellent. I choose this location due to its proximity to various medical facilities, UCLA Health (labs and imaging). It's also between two of my doctors 1 in Lancaster and 1 Agoura Hills. My rooms for various visits have always been beautifully clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean and ready for our arrival; the best part was the bed 🛌. They had hot water, and the linens were of excellent quality 👌🏻. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast; it was very basic and didn't have a good selection of protein.

I made the mistake of falling for the false advertisement of this hotel and should have read the reviews. The hotel and rooms seemed nice, but totally different in-person. 1. Room: I purchased the largest, expensive room, for my family and I, and was not impressed. The queen beds were comfy, but the sofa bed, let's just say that you would be better off sleeping on the floor and bringing a sleeping bag or something. The mattress couldn't have been any thinner, and literally felt the springs, while laying down. Horrible for a person with a bad back. Some of the outlets didn't work and it caused a little panic for my Mom when she tried to blow dry her hair, as we thought the blow dryer wasn't working. 2. Shower: The water pressure was almost okay, but could've been much better. Turning on the water was a little difficult, as you had to apply a little force to turn on the knob, and then, once you started taking a shower, the temperature automatically went from hot to cold on a constant basis. 3. Breakfast was slightly okay, but better off going to IHOP or something. The blow dryer could have been better. You would think of all the money these hotel franchises collect, that they would invest in really making their customers as important as possible, but hey, its all greed.

We had to stay in the area due to a family emergency and our family member being in the hospital nearby. We really loved the convenience of its location and availability to food and stores. We also really appreciated the daily breakfast and how it changed daily. We stayed for a week and will most likely stay again when we have to head back to the area.

Quiet hotel with very clean rooms. Breakfast was quite decent. Great freeway access.

Amazing hotel and very comfortable. My husband loved the daily homemade chocolate chip cookies!! Great area.

This was the worst hotel experience yet!!! 1. Our room was beside the front desk, and starting at 6 a.m. the noise from the lobby was nonstop. It was unbelievably loud. To make matters worse, the building is so poorly constructed that I could hear every step and kids running around in the room above me. 2. The pillows are filled with feathers, and some sharp feather tips were actually scratching my face. it was really uncomfortable! 3. The juice machine wasn’t working, and we ended up having to pour juice from a large bucket into a small cup. 4. And the cleaning lady just walked straight into our room while we were having breakfast —even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door.— absolutely unacceptable and a complete violation of our privacy! ! 5. What made it worse was the lady at the front desk. She was dismissive and rude, and she didn’t even apologize. Instead, she tried to excuse it by saying she had “accidentally checked us out and checked us back in,” which supposedly explains why the TV was on. Then she added that the cleaning lady “didn’t stay long,” as if that makes it any better.This kind of attitude is totally unprofessional, and the explanation doesn’t justify what happened at all!

Young lady upfront was rude unaccommodating. This hotel is cheaply built. I could hear everybody walking above me. Don’t plan on getting a good nights sleep if you’re a light sleeper. The Wi-Fi sucks. The hot tub was broken. I took one bite of eggs at breakfast and almost threw up. Stay away from this one. But the most concerning thing was a maintenance housekeeping man who ran out of a room and ran into me. So unsafe.

Negative review. Thus was the worst hotel experience yet! CA hotels are really bad. They gave me a room right by the front desk. It was so incredibly loud ! The people next door had a baby that they let constantly bang on the wall with their toys allllll night and allllll morning yet front desk did nothing!!! I got zero sleep! I had to bang on the wall to make them stop! How disrespectful can people be to let their child just bang on hotel walls! Its different if they cry or get a bit loud, thats normal but literally slamming into the walls on purpose with toys for hours just so the thing doesn't cry!!! Are you insane!! Those people should have been thrown out. To make it worse, the tub didn't drain properly, the sink had bugs and black bits in it. The carpet was filthy!!!!! The pillows were all feather and stank like dirty body oil on the for decades! I mean feather pillows hold in odor and bacteria!! The bed was way too squishy, tv remote didn't work on the volume properly. Then the front area constantly had banging noises even at 2-3 am which filled the silence left by the demon baby next door. I should have slept on my car!!! $135 wasted to get tortured all night and no sleep!!! Highly do NOT recommend this hell hotel. If all that isn't bad enough, I have bites all over me!
