Father's day stay here was runied! Walked into our room & it smelt like a strong cologne, the beds were way to firm (felt like we were laying on the ground), you can hear everything (every time the people in the next room to us flushed the toilets, turned on the shower, turned on the tv & then there was other sounds we won't speak of. The rooms are poorly designed). Someone kept coming to our door pounding & trying to open it, then we woke up at 2am to someone grabbing at the door handle then again at 4am but this time someone slipped a receipt under the door (however the receipt was wrong, it didn't match the original receipt we were given they both have 2 different amounts shown & my bank shows the original amount not what's shown on the newer one so I'm just wondering if they're trying to pocket some of the money). Now for breakfast, it was horrible (the milk was expired, they had the milk stacked were you didn't see the date on them at first & my youngest had cereal & said the milk tastes weird. The milk was sour & it upset her stomach, the second milk we opened was curdled & the third one smelt bad so we checked all the milks they had out & every single one of them were all expired & the lady just gave us a dirty look & said it's ok because no one has got sick yet so it's still good to use then she turned all the milks back around so the dates still weren't showing. The apple juice was fermented, it was sour & smelt like a wine. The sausages were so dried out they were like hockey pucks. The waffle batter was a weird texture, definitely not normal. The eggs came came out of a bag & were extremely watery with a rubbery texture. The only thing that was ok to really eat was the bagels but everyone was to scared to even use the cream cheese because how do we even know if those are expired to since theres no date on the container). We don't recommend this place & we will never be back, worst experience ever!

Room dirty. Cheap motel. No view at all. Noisy facing the freeway. Unpleasant receptionists. Nothing to do around. $160/night for garbage.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time when my father had passed away. I came back for a second time to attend my father's funeral services because the staff, the breakfast hostess, the breakfast, food, and the rooms were completely fantastic and wonderful. Everyone was very helpful. 😊
