About this place 500 East

On East Pine Street, this LGBTQ+-friendly spot does New American food, craft cocktails, and over 250 beers in a relaxed setting.

There's a casual feel here, no pretension. You can grab a quick drink or settle in for dinner, inside or out on the all-season patio.

Event nights keep things interesting, so it’s worth checking what’s on if you’re in the neighborhood for a few days.

Seattle has other LGBTQ+ spots, of course, but this one's an easygoing option for a good meal or just a drink with friends. For specific hours and what’s cooking, their website is 500eastsh.com.

DanDan Ramen and fruit sandwiches are great 👍 The DanDan noodles and fruit sandwiches are very tasty. I even ordered a second helping of DanDan noodles. The fruit sandwiches, in particular, are delicious even when compared to those from famous fruit sandwich shops in Japan.

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed. The service was exceptional from everyone, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout the entire experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and overall it was exactly the kind of experience we were hoping for after leaving another restaurant disappointed. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent staff and service, excellent atmosphere. Only reason I am not giving 5 starts is because it was unclear what was vegan and gluten free on the menu. Final dishes were 5 star, when all was said and done, and I would happily return to enjoy some drinks while soaking in the atmosphere.
