Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Broadway

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Cameron at the Silver Cloud Broadway. My two kids and I had an eight-hour layover because of the tornadoes, and to make matters worse, Southwest lost our luggage. We didn't arrive at the hotel until around 3:00 AM, exhausted and stressed. Cameron was incredibly kind, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to help us during a very difficult travel experience. Diego was also wonderful and helped us as well, but I can't express enough how much Cameron's compassion and exceptional customer service meant to us. Thank you both for turning a rough night into a much better experience!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment my family received during our recent stay at Silvercloud Broadway particularly from a staff member named Rizza Gois. From the moment we checked in, it became evident that Rizza lacked the understanding and compassion necessary to accommodate guests with special needs. My autistic child, who can become anxious in unfamiliar settings, was met with impatience and a dismissive attitude. Instead of offering support or understanding, Rizza made comments that felt discriminatory and hurtful, which left my left us feeling unwelcomed and stressed. To make matters worse, when I attempted to address the situation, Rizza responded with threats to end our stay if we did not comply with her demands. This was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable. No family should ever feel threatened or unwelcome in a hotel, especially when they are simply trying to enjoy their vacation. It is disheartening to see a hotel that claims to be family-friendly fail to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all guests. I urge Silvercloud cooperate to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that staff members like Rizza, receive proper training on how to interact with and support guests with disabilities. Based on this experience, after staying at Silvercloud for almost 90 days $$$$$ spent all the other staff at both Silvercloud Broadway Jimmy's On Broadway were extremely polite, professional and all deserve positive recognition. -Leandra

Neida was FANTASTIC! She pointed me in the direction of my new favorite bookstore/coffee shop in Seattle(ask her, you wont be disappointed!) and she was always so warm and welcoming ever time I saw her! Everyone on staff was amazing and the rooms were so comfortable! Highly recommend!!

My experience at the Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Broadway was truly exceptional. Rizza at the front desk was incredibly communicative and compassionate during an unexpected building issue that required my mom to move to another room. I was at home due to a bathroom renovation to better accommodate my mom’s needs because of her condition and because I couldn’t be there in person at the time, Rizza went above and beyond to help my 77-year-old mother transfer rooms comfortably and safely. As a son who was very worried about his mom, I deeply appreciated the care, professionalism, and kindness Rizza showed throughout the situation. Experiences like this remind you that genuinely good people still exist. Thank you, Rizza, for providing such a five-star guest experience. I truly hope corporate and management recognize the outstanding work you do.

Beautiful rooms and friendly service. The bartender was awesome and the drinks were yummy!

The hotel is great. Rooms are nice and cozy and spacious. Beds are very comfy. It's located right next to Seattle University. The surrounding area full of eateries.

We stayed at Silver Cloud Hotel. When we arrived the receptionist was rude. Not welcoming at all. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and hospitals.
