Safe space, wonderful staff, good drinks & food

I love the Cesar wrap, can’t wait to get it again, Jasmine, one of the chefs, prepares amazing food; with the front of the house continuing the great atmosphere.

Duane is such a fresh breath of air on a Sunday night to pass by on my way in the door on a Sunday night. He just goes with the flow

My go to spot in Seattle for good drinks/food, fun atmosphere, and amazing staff - especially Jordan. He’s always working hard and makin sure people are taken care of

Fun bar with friends and friendly staff which is kind of a must for a gay bar. One of the staff, Jordan, seemed very positive and enthused to be working there which was nice. Made me feel welcome. Food is good for a bar and not too unreasonable for Seattle. Nothing special, but it doesn't need to be. Will continue to go there for social and sports events.

Friendly neighborhood bar that's a cultural centerpiece for Capitol Hill. Great service, great atmosphere. Jordan makes everyone feel welcome and really boosts the energy of the place. Unusually good food for a bar, too.

I was here with a friend who dozed off on my shoulder for ten minutes on my shoulder. In that ten minutes I was approached by a bar tender telling us no one was permitted to fall asleep in the bar with a clear implication that if he couldn't wake up we were expected to immediately clear the premises. I have never felt so unwelcome in a gay bar or implicated that we were about to be kicked out. I would have understood if they were pressed for tables and I would've pressed my friend to move on before we even got reprimanded if I felt like we were taking up needed space. But there were tables to spare and we were causing no one any issues, seated in the corner and out of the way. I appreciate the bartenders bringing us water to sober up, but it makes me not inclined to ever visit again given the clear warning that we were not welcome in our present (and non-bothersome) state. The drinks were fine, and I can't speak to the quality of the food, only the quality (or lack thereof) of the service.

We used Union Seattle as a gathering spot for our group before heading to dinner, and it was cute and fun. It’s definitely where pretty people hang out for the music, the vibe, and possibly the food—though we didn’t eat since we had dinner plans. We did have cocktails, and while we weren’t sure what to expect, the service was friendly. I’d definitely come back—maybe on a Sunday—to be part of the scene!
