The Gay Fathers Association of Seattle, based in Capitol Hill, is a community group for gay fathers and anyone interested in connecting with them. Every Thursday, except holidays, the group meets at the Group Health Cooperative in Capitol Hill Square. These are public discussions, often on topics relevant to gay fathers, but you don't have to be a dad to attend. If you're visiting Seattle, it’s a good way to meet local LGBTQ+ people and hear real talk that's not just about partying. After the meeting, there’s a social hour. It's a chance to keep talking, make friends, and just relax a bit. Sometimes, when you're traveling, you want something more than just another bar. This is that.
