Holiday Inn & Suites Syracuse Airport

The hotel is in a good location. There are EV car chargers behind the gas station next to the hotel so that was a plus. The room was clean but you can tell the hotel is a bit old and has seen better days. The AC in the room has a motion sensor on it which is annoying so while you’re sleeping it turns down to some sort of eco mode and you end up sweating. Breakfast is not included that is a 15 dollar per person charge. I think for the price per night they are charging you should at least get a breakfast. All in all the stay was fine but for the price I would not stay here again.

"Suites" are a bait and switch. They took out the closets and put in a cheap mini-bar and called it a suite. It's the same size as an average room and doesn't come with the utensils or dishware you would expect in a suite. Run-down hotel with a coat of paint. It's obvious this was an older hotel they renovated the lobby and slapped a Holiday Inn branding on. Rooms are old, ours had a broken door with obvious signs of forced entry. Admittedly great service though, good people working there.

Stay here every year. It's a great location and variety of rooms. Always had been clean and friendly. Parking is very accommodating.

Decent stay in Liverpool New York at the Holiday Inn Express. I wish I had participated more in what the hotel had to offer, but a clean room was alone all on its own. The people who checked me in and out were fast, friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had. I had a single queen, with microwave and mini fridge, all I could ask for really. Some storage space that includes drawers and a closet, desk and its own desk chair. Honestly, they could probably put a little couch or something in there, the room was spacious enough, it probably wouldn’t be in the way. The hotel was busy most days, and the bathroom was kind of big as well. I don’t have people change my sheets and clean my room every day, but I’m glad when I did need things replaced, staff were on it! I believe they offered breakfast, which I didn’t partake, because I don’t wake up early enough and sleep until I must leave for work. But they also had a little bar built in as well which I wish I would have tried at least once, but maybe next time!

Decent place, we stayed fir a night and it was not bad at all.

We love this hotel even for just a staycation! This is the only location with a hot tub where it's actually available for use!
