Nice rooms. Parking was ok. Very loud outside noise in downlown.
Pros: location, cleanliness, breakfast, comfortable beds, big suites with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Service is super friendly! Cons: the street noise, having to pay for parking. The windows do not have any sound insulation at all. They do provide earplugs and white noise machines upon request. Pillows need an update as they flatten instantly. Some ceiling tiles were sagging.
Convenient location. Nice staff. Clean.
Really great hotel in Syracuse downtown area. Had an apartment-like room with 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, both with king beds, kitchen/dining room, and common room with turret-like circular windows. Furniture was all in nice shape, three TVs, sofa with lounger - clean place. Was a Sunday night and not particularly noisy. Fantastic access to Syracuse nightlife. 2-bay 100kw/h EV charger on premises. Included breakfast was decent but not great. Pool was smallish but nice and heated. Parking garage worked well. Overall highly recommended, best place I have stayed in Syracuse.
Don't book this hotel if you expect to sleep well. Loud noise from a combination of cars street racing and drunks yelling at the nearby bar from 12am to 230am. Hotel is dated and is in desperate need of an update all around with scuffed walls and furniture. Biggest issue was that our TV was broken and could not be fixed so they had to move our room. While we appreciate they moved our room we should have been compensated with at least a comped parking fee or upgraded room when moved. Additonally, the area around the hotel is not safe to walk around even before dark as there is a significant homeless population. This is not the marriot standard we expect.
We stayed here for three nights on 4th of July weekend for an event nearby. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was on par with other residence inns. We had a room on the 3rd floor at the front of the building and environmental noise from the neighborhood was a big issue. There is a fire station nearby that would get dispatched about 2-3 times per night with the sirens on and there was a regular stream of motorcycles and cars with music blaring at full volume throughout the night that would often shake the room. The night of the 4th was the loudest for obvious reasons but that's not a regular occurrence. The surrounding area has a lot of great places to eat though and the parking is very easy and accessible.
Great hotel, Great location !!!
