Amazing experience from start to finish. Actually don't check out until tomorrow, but it will have been a three-night stay. Great location, terrific amenities and super friendly staff. Upon arrival, Zaire and Brien answered the few questions that I had and also gave me some terrific recommendations. I'll be traveling back down to Tampa in a few months, I will definitely make it a point to stay here again.

I genuinely love almost everything about this serviced apartment. The rooms are comfortable, the property is clean and well maintained, and the staff are consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. They’ve made my stay enjoyable in every other respect. However, I was genuinely shocked to learn from the reception staff that they are not allowed to sit during their shifts. Reception work involves greeting guests, answering calls, handling check-ins, and providing assistance; not standing unnecessarily for hours on end. This policy is inhumane, outdated, and shows a complete lack of concern for employee well-being. A company that can’t provide something as basic as a chair for its front desk staff raises serious questions about how it values the people who represent it every day. Guests notice how employees are treated, and it reflects poorly on the establishment. This is the sole reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 5. I sincerely hope management reconsiders this policy and starts treating its staff with the basic dignity and respect they deserve.
