Very nice location,rooms and atmosphere

I attended a birthday party in the Crystal Ballroom. The banquet manager Sergio and his staff were outstanding. The food was well seasoned, great presentation, served warm, with nice size portions. The service was prompt and the servers were so attentive to the needs and wants of a party of almost 300 people. Amazing the personal care and added touch that Sergio exemplified. We salute you Sergio!!!

I went there for business dinner meetong and the location was amazing. Well managed property, it has more luxury vibe than other double tree locations. And the food from the bar and restaurant must try, especially for dinner time. High quality food with reasonable price.

Nice clean hotel little older but. They charged me $5.50 for a small cup of coffee ridiculous.

Comfortable hotel located perfectly within the distance of the Mall and the area around is clean and safe.

Constant construction very hard to enjoy, plus started charging for parking so we can no longer have meetings here. Update on 7.13.26, the prices at this hotel now are absolutely ridiculous.

Good location with mall, Walmart, Target and Ralph Markets all nearby . Staff are friendly as always . There is descent size swimming pool and a fire place to enjoy California weather with friends.

Could do with a clock in the room. Green bottles of shampoo, conditioner.and shower gel are not intuitive in its selection. Colored bottles would be much better. Adequately equipped fitness room.
