If you want a peace and quiet, plus a slice of your own beachfront and ocean views, this is the place to enjoy your vacation!! Provincetown is in walking distance, free Cape Cod bus service at your door step. Amazing restaurants, amazing people! If you want to make a small meal in your unit, they have kitchenettes. Every unit has its own private deck with amazing views! I was able to lay in the bed with the sliding glass door open and enjoy the views and sound of the ocean 🏆🥇

You can't beat the location. The view, especially at sunset, is spectacular. The shallow waters in this part of Cape Cod Bay are calm and warm. Great for wading and swimming. The provided outdoor furniture (Adirondack chairs, beach recliners, and picnic tables) are a wonderful addition. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and having a kitchen is definitely a plus. We would have prepared more in room food if they had provided us with bags for the bin under the sink. I understand how someone could forget to put a bag in the bin, so I reached out to management to see about having a trash bag sent up. After asking me a series of unnecessary questions (It's simple, the bin needs a trash bag) I was told it would be addressed. Later that morning someone texted to say they would bring up some trash bags. They never did. When I reached back out my text was ignored. Reading other reviews of the place I noticed that this failure to follow through when they say they are going to is not unique to me, so bear in mind that if you have an issue, it may not get addressed. Parking was minimal, and two nights in a row after returning from dinner out I had to park in the handicapped spot because there was no other spot available, and no street parking. I reached out to my contact from Vacasa to confirm that it wouldn't be a problem and was ignored. So overall, lovely place, but poor service and communication.

Long weekend trip was beautiful! Beautiful quiet beach, everything we needed in our room and clean! Great spot to go see Ptown, dunes and seafood restaurants! We are looking forward to coming back next year!
