Top Mast Resort

I love this place!! It literally has everything you could ask for on a vacation. Between the pool house with kid amenities with sauna, steam room jacuzzi, bar and showers, to the view right on the beach with a grill! Even a restaurant (food and service second to none!) and a free shuttle?! What?! The place is immaculate!! Felt as comfortable as being at home with an amazing view. The location is prime. We couldn't ask for more! Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us. We made many great memories here! The kids were so disappointed that we had to leave and so were we! We will definitely be back.

All about location here! Biggest and only let down was no AC in any of the Ocean Front Rooms??! Tough when it's in the 90's and after a day at the beach. Balcony doors have screens, so that helps, along with fan in the room, but just didnt expect it!

Our Seaview room made our stay here love at first sight. There are several beachfront buildings, ice and beverage machines, on site parking, a café on the property, bar service, outside table tennis, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub - we did use the pool and hot tub. Premises are very clean and well maintained. The views on the beach side are stunning. There are picnic tables and grills set up for outdoor cooking. And it is a short drive into Provincetown for shopping, sea and land entertainment as well as additional dining options.

I absolutely loved staying here. Being right on the beach made my mornings so peaceful and relaxing. The room was super cozy and had everything I needed to feel right at home. I spent most of my time swimming in the indoor pool and just hanging out by the water. It was the perfect place to unwind and I really cannot wait to come back again soon.

We are checking out today and we don't want to go!!! 😂. Everything was perfect. Staff, room, location, etc. June, at the front desk, was so helpful and friendly. And the entire staff was great!

Like another guest wrote about the parking permits. You pay for a room but have to park across the street in back up the hill because you let "guest" park in front of the rooms taking up paying room customers. They "visit" someone and leave their car parked there all week. You have to carry all your stuff in several trips across the street. And when you tell the staff the son makes it sound like it's your fault. I remember the good old days when their dad Al cared.
