My bike chain broke. I arrived at The Bike Rack 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening. The Technician repaired my bike on the spot. This isn’t the first time they’ve helped me with an issue. They’re always willing to help, treating you like the bike was their own. Amazing service department. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. Great selection of bikes and accessories. We’re so blessed to have a store like The Bike Rack!!
Lincoln has a great system of interconnected bike trails that run for miles. We were lucky to find the enthusiastic & helpful folks at Bike Rack - where we rented hybrid bikes. Helmets, extra tubes with tools & an easy to read trail map were all included. The mostly flat trails were super fun & the Bike Rack is conveniently located near an entry point.
they out tricycle and me scoobs zoinkin but we homelessness can't save us now send help we had it coming
We are currently visiting Lincoln, Ne and wanted to rent bikes to ride the Homestead Trail. We located The Bike Rack on google and walked in. Matt the manager and all the other employees were extremely helpful. They had nice Hybrids to rent that came with helmets for $30 a day. they helped us figure out how to ride from their shop to connect to the Homestead Trail. They also gave us a map and even gave my wife a water bottle. We have rented bies in many cities and found this place to be very good. They also have a wide selection of bikes and accessories as well.
