Everyone was kind, welcoming and very efficient. Rooms are nice, the ocean view balcony is so worth the little extra. Family friendly hotel, very clean, overall very happy with my stay. Pools are very clean, my kids couldn’t get enough of the family pool. Proximity to the beach is amazing. Just a few steps away. Will definitely stay here again.
This establishment offers an exceptional experience. The culinary offerings are outstanding, as is the room service. The luxurious ambiance is truly remarkable. Furthermore, the staff consistently demonstrates a high level of attentiveness to our esteemed clientele.
I had the most wonderful experience at the Four Seasons spa. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team made me feel genuinely welcome with their friendly and professional service. I enjoyed a prenatal massage and scalp treatment with Kendra, and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly skilled, making sure I was comfortable and that every detail was tailored to my needs. The treatment was deeply relaxing and felt truly luxurious from beginning to end. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and completely pampered. I highly recommend Kendra and the entire spa team for an exceptional five-star experience.
A hotel with a name like The Four Seasons should be ashamed of the way they treat people on the beach. We bought drinks at the bar on the beach and they made us leave from the beach chairs, the manager spoke to me in a very rude and condescending way saying that sometimes they do sell the chairs but when it’s high occupancy they don’t. There was literally 2 people on their whole beach. Just the fact that we gave their bar business should be enough to treat us like clients. To say the least. People are not nice anymore on those beaches, the definition of a hotel is to be hospitable and be nice to everyone, guest or not guests of the hotel. We did give them business but we will never come back here again. Make sure you tell your manager to talk nicely to people.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire Four Seasons team. We spent two wonderful days at the hotel, and everything was exceptional—from the warm welcome at the front desk to the excellent room service. A special thank you to Alex, whose handwritten birthday note for my son was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. It truly made our stay even more memorable. We are very grateful to everyone for the outstanding hospitality and hope to return in the future.
