Comfort Inn Medford-Long Island

I travel a lot for work and stay in many different places. This work trip was my longest (13 nights) so I got to know several staff members by name before leaving. Charlie was, by far, the most enjoyable part of my stay. On day one, he replaced the thermostat in my room because mine was not working properly. From then on, Charlie went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant and comfortable. And, when I asked, he even had little to-go breakfast bags made up for those of us who had to leave for our shift well before breakfast hours. It did not take long to feel like Charlie was family with the laughing and cutting up I could do with him while I was passing through the lobby. The only downside was my work schedule left me needing a nap during a break in my day, but that was very difficult to do with the loud construction noises from them remodeling one half of the hotel, loud music & TV from other rooms and kids screaming and playing in the halls. Not Charlie's fault, it happened on his days off, but feel like nothing was really done to stop this! All in all, it was a nice home away from home and I would return if in the area! From the front desk all the way to Maintenance this is the cleanest, friendliest, on top of their game staff I’ve seen in a long time, Juan the houseman was very polite and helpful, quiet, and quick! Front desk staff were amazing! I’ll be back!

As usual a nicely kept property. Rooms are well kept with minor wear in a very nice neighborhood. We'll worth the stay.
