Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport

Wasn’t here for the airport but it is very conveniently close, although in the rooms didn’t hear a single plane! The huge was a good size, very comfortable huge bed, bathroom ok and the nightlight in it, a nice touch. Breakfast was a good selection but only issue not particularly hot. Parking is available but limited, even if paid for, which I don’t like. However I did get parking on arrival and later at night when I returned to the hotel. I’d definitely be back.

I will start with an advise. " Don't stay in the room 710". I came to stay last night and they gave me the room 710. I didn't notice first, but it was all clear when I laid down on the bed. There was a washing machine working whole night. They didn't stop it. Imagine that you are trying to sleep with thw sound of a working washing machine. I couldn't sleep even one minute. I had tried many things, but even ear plugs didn't help. It was a terrible night. So, I will never ever stay in the room 710, and my advise to you the same " don't stay in room 710"

Traveled with family. We phoned before we booked to ensure we had conjoining rooms. Arrived, and there was no joining rooms! The family had to be separated and put in separate rooms. Which is not ideal with children with additional needs. The food was terrible and did not cater for children. Staff were also rude because we had children! Terrible stay.

Location: perfect: 10/10 Room: perfect: 10/10 Kitchen & Bar: poor service We waited 45 minutes for a drink (classic mojito) as we were informed that there was only one staff that could make that drink and we would have to wait a bit. When we asked for an update, we were constantly being told another “2 minutes” and that turned into 45 minutes. We saw that the only bar staff that could make this drink and other staff continue serving other people straightaway while I had to continue to wait. We ordered food but we got the main before the starter, and only after I asked about where our starter was, as the staff who bought us our food seemed unaware we were also waiting for our starter. The food was cooked well and we are happy with that. I’m slightly disappointed with the service but other than that the room is very comfortable.

Clean, modern, bright and apparently very new hotel, usefully placed by Luton airport but too far to walk with bags. Got massively ripped off taking a taxi (£20 for half a mile) so I recommend using the local buses. Received a very warm Marriott welcome from Siraj (trainee) who checked us in quickly and efficiently. Just time for a drink before heading to our excellent room, served by Liam and Simran, working with enthusiasm, efficiency and good humour to keep everyone from waiting too long to get their orders. This charming , friendly pair made us feel really valued. Food still being served after 10pm: looked pretty good, especially the pizzas. Wished we hadn’t already eaten on the journey up. Pity we’re only here for the night, ahead of an early flight out, as I’d happily stay here a few days, it’s that nice.

A lovely 1 night stay before an early morning flight. The room was nice and clean with great air con. Bed was comfortable and no issues. The food was fine, I had a burger which wasnt spectacular but wasnt the worst. I would definitely stay here again. To add, it takes approx 15 min walk to airport from this hotel, however, be aware there is a hill.

Lisa, the bartender, made our stay truly memorable. We were in town on a work trip and she went above and beyond with recommendations for Harpenden and Luton, as well as helping us find a few shops for items we needed for work. As a Marriott Ambassador Elite member, I stay in hotels around the world, and it’s employees like Lisa (and Beatrice) who make a property stand out. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. I wanted to leave her a tip, but my bill had already been closed and I didn’t have any cash. When I mentioned that, she suggested leaving a review instead, and she’s absolutely earned it. Thank you, Lisa, for your exceptional hospitality. You’re a real asset to the hotel, and we look forward to staying here again.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, with a great atmosphere throughout our stay. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. A very special thank you to Roxana, Beatrice, and Klaudia. They were always smiling, kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and exceptional customer service made a real difference and turned a great holiday into a memorable one. It’s staff like them that make people want to come back. Hotel spotless. Room nice, comfortable bed, lumpy pillows. Staff were not engaged or friendly. Felt like as guests we were an inconvenience. Food terrible. Good enough for a pre flight or business one night stay.

We stayed unplanned, due to delayed flight into Luton and the hotel had availability. Standard airport hotel, all necessities, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Didn’t have a shuttle to the airport which we found very strange for an airport hotel, that isn’t in reasonable walking distance.
