Spark by Hilton Luton

The rooms are soooo cutesy. I’ve been here a few times now & Siri is the best! She always gives the best customer service, and continues to make my stay <3

After our flight was cancelled, we needed a place to stay for a few extra days and we're so glad we found Spark by Hilton Luton. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Vish, who was extremely helpful and made the whole process of extending our stay quick and easy. His support really made a stressful situation much easier. We had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luton.

Our flight was cancelled, so we unexpectedly had to stay at Spark by Hilton Luton for a few days. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vish, who was incredibly kind and helped us arrange everything quickly. He made sure we could extend our stay without any hassle, which really took a lot of stress out of a difficult situation. Everyone was welcoming, efficient, and always happy to help. We really appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is better than budget but not expensive. In the middle of Luton and the one way system but we did have a peaceful sleep. Room was fine. No frills but very adequate. Plenty places to eat nearby. Hotel has a bar and a nice menu.

Positive - staff are all nice and helpful. Negative - extremely hard mattress, I couldn't sleep. The queen is very small and not big enough for two people, short projection basin in small bathroom, the bathroom door opens outward right in front of the coffee machine/mini fridge and desk next to it so it can't be accessed by two people at the same time.

Sparks Hotel Luton is a fantastic stay with a great location and secure parking. The team are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. A true hidden gem in Luton. highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Only stayed for one night and room was clean and modern. Staff friendly and only a short walk from the train station. Will definitely stay here again if I have need to stay in the area.

Went to Luton for a weekend with hubby. The Spark by Hilton is right opposite the train and bus interchange which is extremely convienent, close to loads fo restuarants and shops. The hotel itself is brand new, and well finished. Super clean, neat and tidy. The staff were very attentive and kind. For a 'budget' hotel I felt we got a lot in return. Rooms were cleaned daily, with waters and coffees being topped up as well.

Everything about this stay was top-notch. The location was convenient, the rooms were clean, and it felt like great value for the money. What really stood out was the management; Vasyl was incredibly professional and helped me extend my stay without any hassle. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free trip.

We ended up in Spark due to our flight being cancelled. Lovely rooms, clean, warm. Staff very polite, friendly and happy to help.
