Holiday Inn London - Luton Airport

Stayed here just before our trip to Grand Canaria. Great for a night and customer service was excellent. A big thank you to Sara who helped me on reception. She was extremely professional and helpful.

Perfect location, super clean and modern, and the atmosphere is second to none, mainly due to Christina the Duty Manager! What a wonderful person. Christina really made our stay fantastic, so helpful and generous. We really felt this was a great experience thanks to Christina.

Stayed at this hotel on my flight out to egypt and return flight back Minibar is lacking compared to other ihg hotels just 2 cans of pop, some water and a packet of crisps and a chocolate bar, that is all. Stayed in room 145 on both my visits, the resturant was nice and the room is clean and spacious but my room only has an armchair and a small desk where as other IHG hotels have a corner couch and they have couches in other rooms so I dont know why I got a small leather chair not really comfy to relax chose to sit on the bed instead

We honestly have never received better service in any hotel we ever stayed in. The staff make this hotel what it is. Lesley who runs the operations is absolutely a gentleman. Couldn't do enough for us with his team of fabulous girls. A really special mention to Christina who ran the show at breakfast time. What an absolute lady and such an asset to the hotel. She was amazing and couldn't do enough for us. This is our second time here and it gets better and better. I love the way the staff recognise and remember you every time. Top class. Will be back and can't wait. Top marks. Fabulous Hotel.

Executive room ! Small bed and £24 for the taxi to the terminal!!! Two heavy suitcases so don’t fancy the local bus or walking up the steep hill at 6.30 am

Just a simple 9min walk to the airport. Taxis charge £18 for the 2min journey. Staff on reception especially Jess were super welcoming

Checked in at 02:00 by a helpful receptionist and when we arrived in the room it was compact, but functional. Bed was on the smaller side and sunk in the middle. It was a very noisy stay with someone nearby with a snoring issue and sounded like a steam engine with a blown gasket! The sound proofing is a bit of an issue

We stayed for one night before an early morning flight. A special mention has to go to Maria, who served us at the bar. She was so friendly and attentive, and really went out of her way to look after us. She made us feel so welcome. Thanks Maria!

Great location to see our family located in Harpenden. Also excellent location for access to M1 going north or south. This hotel has a really nice family atmosphere. The head receptionist, Jessica Henshaw, greeted us warmly and ensured every day of our stay was perfect. This was the best reception we’ve ever had in a hotel. We stayed in Executive room 140 which was an excellent room in which we had a choice or either king size or single beds. Always spotlessly clean with very good room service. Great value for money. The breakfasts were excellent with a variety of choice and with the best coffee including decaf. Eight days in a hotel is never going to be cheap but we got superb service and attention for our money. Many thanks to the all the staff for a great stay and special thanks to Jessica Henshaw for taking such good care of us.

I Stayed just a couple of hours before my flight but genuinely great warm welcome, service was elite you could tell it’s been well managed by Christine she’s great it showed in all the departments top service from both Leah and Lewis. Definitely make this a stop if you’re near by.
