Premier Inn Luton Town Centre

Fantastic atmosphere. Great room. Breakfast was lovely. Staff on duty were courteous and friendly. Nice stay! Car park was good

Good for family. Safe, clean, staff are very kind and nice, near from the restaurants and mall. The cost is not high but very good hotel.

I had a lovely time while staying at premier in. Afina and Hannah welcomed me with open arms from the moment i checked in. My room was lovely and clean. Will definitley be coming back again Premier inn you have amazing staff !

The welcome at Luton Town PI is second to none. We arrived very late but were greeted warmly and booked in with ease, with helpful info about the train station. This morning's breakfast was unforgettable. Manda and Phoebe treated us like family. They were kind, helpful and thoughtful. Manda tempted us with warm blueberry muffins fresh from the oven and Phoebe was interested in our stay. A premier Inn room might be just what you expect but friendly staff who go that extra mile make all the difference. Thank you Manda and Phoebe!

Check in was so fast, we done the meal deal which included 2 course dinner with a drink and buffet breakfast in the morning, it is great value for money. The 2 ladies doing reception l, bar and waitressing, thenhea and afrina couldn’t do enough and came over to us to make sure everything was ok and to see did we need anything else, everything was fast friendly and efficient

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Duty Manager Afrina, who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. jaharmaly was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had an wonderful stay staff are really nice and helpful. They will go above and beyond to help guests. Afrina and jahmarley taken care of us. Best premier inn breakfast we had. Hotel was clean but room looked a bit tired.

I must admit I'm very shocked by the negative reviews (and I'm hard to please) It's a Premier Inn. It does what it says. Simple and clean, and all the staff were very polite. Breakfast was decent as well. Good Job.

This hotel is reasonable, it could do with updating, i.e the carpet replaced, but at least it smelt pleasant and the facilities worked.

10 mins drive from airport despite it being the 'airport hotel' On arrival it cost us £10.40 to park our car for less than 12 hours Restaurant had hardly any food, there was a list with around 10 items not available A bit of a run down feel to the restaurant and public areas of the hotel. The room was as expected
