In a city without dedicated gay venues, it functions as the most reliably LGBTQ+-welcoming social space precisely because its clientele is international and its culture is expat-tolerant rather than locally conservative. The beer garden is the main attraction — a large outdoor space that fills up in the evenings with a cross-section of Gaborone's professional class. Food is pub-style and solid. No dress code, no attitude. For LGBTQ+ visitors to Gaborone, this is the most comfortable starting point for an evening out.

Went there with my friend after a long time. Their pizza is still the one, it was so good. I had the Mark's Special pizza and the calamari were crispy but the batter seasoning was lowkey nonexistent but the tartar sauce made up for it ( fyi it has a lot of onions in it). My friend had snails and it was my first time trying it and it was so good, another dish to add to my palette. Overall we enjoyed our meals.
