My experience was very disappointing. I left my parcel in the hotel safety locker and only l realised after I had travelled to another country. I was unable to return immediately, but when I came back a few weeks later, I spoke to the reception staff and the owner. They checked the security safe for me, but it is empty . I asked who the hotel manager or responsible person was for the safe locker key, but no one could give me a clear answer. I also requested that the CCTV cameras be checked, but no one took the issue seriously. This was extremely disappointing. It was my second time staying at this hotel, and the safety measures are clearly not reliable.
