The food, the room service was an overall great experience... A new elevator would be great.

Absolutely terrible experience and highly disappointing service. I paid full room charges, yet the room did not even have a single fan. I stayed there for 7 days in these unacceptable conditions without proper ventilation. When I complained, instead of resolving the issue, they demanded an extra USD 100 for just 6 days to provide a fan. This is nothing but exploitation and extremely poor customer service. Charging full price while offering such basic facilities only at extra cost is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Worst stay and worst service I have ever experienced.

I came for a seminar and I can say that the service was above average, the hotel has a nice old vibes aesthetic with the old wood finishes every where including a 1960s lift that jolts the fear of the Lord back into you but still works fine. Has nice artworks and paintings along the corridors and staircases.

The place gives old money vibes with a very nice wood aesthetic or finish. It has beautiful paintings and artworks all along the corridors and staircases. Has a very unique architecture and is generally quiet considering it's in the CBD. I would definitely recommend.
