The Perfect Business Choice in Windhoek! 🇳🇦✨ Recently enjoyed my first stay at the Hilton Windhoek for two nights while in Namibia on business — and it proved to be an excellent choice in the heart of the capital. Comfortable Executive Rooms, a very useful Executive Lounge, a pretty decent gym and, after a busy day, the option of a relaxing massage! What really stood out, however, was the team — thoroughly charming, welcoming and professional throughout. From check-in and in-room service to the excellent housekeeping team, we were extremely well looked after. And, of course, perfectly fluffy white linen and wonderfully comfortable king-size beds — always important for a great night’s sleep when travelling! Professional, comfortable and effortlessly convenient. A big thank you to the entire Hilton Windhoek team for making my first stay such an enjoyable one.

The rooms are not cleaned. The fact that they have carpets makes it worse because they are not vacuumed. This means that if you are easily triggered by dust, this might not be the place for you. In most cases they just make the bed leaving the used cups not cleaned and the teas and coffee not replaced. Some dirty tiles are not replaced. The good part is the breakfast is good and the service during breakfast is good. Also, the mezzanine bar service is good while the sky bar is disorganised.

Easily one of the best hotels in Windhoek! The location is absolutely perfect, and the rooms are incredibly clean and spacious. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and the dining experience was fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here!

NOT the Hilton standard we used to. The Hotel is old and the rooms need a makeover. The staff do not pay attention to guests. The breakfast and dinner had a good spread but they are highly overpriced. The water is over $100 am yet a cool restaurant - Berrylicious was $40. It took 4 calls and 4,5 hours to get extra towels - not the 5* Hilton guest experience you looking for. I would NOT recommend staying here!! Perhaps try the Hilton Gardens next door as it looks newer!
