This is the best place in kigali. A home away from home. Amos is the guy in charge ,God bless him. he's polite and efficient. The breakfast was nice.My husband and I had so much fun there. We are definitely going back soon

I had a very pleasant stay at Coalescence Hotel in Kigali. The property has a beautiful green environment, giving it a fresh and relaxing feel throughout. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind. The locality is also excellent, well-connected, safe, and with a great vibe around. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Kigali and looking for a serene and comfortable stay.

A bit of a mixed bag. The welcome was superb, and the rooms were almost perfect. Unfortunately, in one of the two rooms, the electrical outlets were loose, making charging devices difficult. The rooms were very poorly soundproofed; we had some very difficult nights due to the noise. The bathroom was clearly shared without our knowledge, and to top it off, the water heater leaked early in the morning. Be careful, as only cash is accepted, so you have to go outside immediately to withdraw money. The place is very strange; inside the hotel, it feels like a villa, but outside, you're in the middle of a favela, which creates a very odd contrast! The Wi-Fi is very unreliable.

My recent stay at Coalescence Hotel with my wife was nothing short of delightful, and I feel compelled to share the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service left a lasting impression. We had opted for an airport pick-up and drop off and the were quite prompt despite a number of reschedules due to flight delays. Stepping into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by staff members who were consistently polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to answer our questions and make sure our needs were met, which added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. The rooms were another highlight, neat, spacious, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the room with a balcony, which not only gave us extra space but also opened up to a stunning view of the city and surrounding nature. At night, the view was even more breathtaking, as the hotel sits on a hill overlooking a beautifully lit part of the city. It felt serene and picturesque, a perfect setting to unwind after a long day. Another plus was the hotel’s attention to details that make a stay memorable: a well-lit environment for safety and comfort, plenty of picture-worthy spots for memories, and a hearty breakfast each morning. The breakfast spread was fresh and satisfying, giving us the energy to start our day right. For the quality of service, the comfort of the rooms, and the beauty of its location, Coalescence Hotel offers incredible value for money. The affordability makes it accessible, while the experience it delivers feels premium. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, and scenic place to stay
