Taiwan LGBT Pride هو أكبر حدث فخر لمجتمع الميم في آسيا، يستقطب أكثر من 100,000 مشارك سنويًا إلى شوارع وسط تايبيه. منذ أصبحت تايوان أول مكان في آسيا يشرع زواج المثليين عام 2019، اتخذ الحدث بُعدًا إضافيًا كاحتفال بالمساواة المحققة بدلًا من مجرد طلب للحقوق — وإن كانت المناصرة للفجوات المتبقية في الحماية القانونية تظل جزءًا من الأجندة. عادةً ما يغادر العرض من Ketagalan Boulevard أمام مكتب الرئاسة، يتعرج عبر وسط المدينة. يشمل أسبوع الفخر المحيط عشرات الفعاليات المجتمعية: حفلات وعروض أفلام وحلقات نقاش ومعارض فنية وعروض ثقافية وتحول منطقة Ximending إلى منطقة مهرجان فخر. ينبغي للزوار الدوليين حجز الإقامة قبل أشهر. عادةً ما يقع التاريخ في آخر سبت من أكتوبر أو أول سبت من نوفمبر.
