Enjoyable stay

A great hotel , well appointed and exceptional service from the staff.

Nice stay for a night to see a show at The Convention Centre so a very quick walk. The room was relatively comfortable but a little dated. Nice amenities in the bathroom with extras that could be ordered as well as a comfortable spa bath, robes and slippers. Quiet spot even though it's in town and had a good view. Gifted with wine and included breakfast was very tasty. Parking was a great deal at $12.

An exceptional stay from start to finish Our experience at the Pullman Cairns International was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The suite was beautifully presented, spacious, and immaculately clean, creating a true sense of comfort and luxury. A special mention to Matthew, the concierge, whose exceptional service elevated our entire stay and made the experience genuinely memorable. Overall, a seamless and high-quality experience—we wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend to others visiting Cairns.

This used to be the hotel to stay at in Cairns. But this time is disappointing. My deluxe water view is a tree now - I think they need to reclassify this room. There's a clear lack of maintenance, the lovely service on check-in to help with luggage is no longer, dirt on the walls, things falling apart. It's like they've changed management and cost cutting has meant it has lost its shine. Still a great location.

My partner and I loved our stay, from walking into our magnificent room. The size of the room and bathroom was perfect. The ned and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom, double sink and jacuzzi with separate toilet were perfect. The wrap around corner balcony had amazing water views. Housekeeping were attentive and helpful, providing extra coffee pods upon request. Room service was well priced, fast and delicious. My partner and I could not fault our stay and we cannot wait to return! We have already recommended to friends.

Jacob from concierge was amazing, great to talk to. From helping us plan a detailed day trip accordingly to our interests, to helping us hire a car very last min he made our trip so much better :) Hotel location was also great being a short walk from everything you need.

Great location, amazingly friendly and attentive staff, perfect proximity to reef terminal and restaurants. Only lost a star since some of the rooms could use some upkeep as they appeared a little old (noting major just some dings).
