Cosy place, very comfy beds, clean bathroom, good heating and cooling, very friendly owner.

Clean , quiet.

The proprietors were very kind and friendly and willing to help out wherever possible.

I stayed at the Sunbury Motel for three nights in room 5. Having driven a long way on the day I arrived I was too tired to report that the ancient AWA TV was faulty. The remote had sellotape over two of the buttons. Next day I tried to report it but the reception was locked. I had my laptop with me and used it for my entertainment. I intended to report it on checkout but the desk was unattended. Two days later the lady owner rang me and accused me of damaging the TV. I assured her that I had not damaged the TV and she threatened to report me to the police and told me that I must not stay there again. I would not recommend this motel.

Me and my partner stayed in there suite rooms no 15 and the entire room was dirty smelt and to top it off the bed was covered in Bed bugs. I had to get medical aid from the doctors and when we returned to inform the staff the lady was rude didn't want to listen and flat out refused to believe that there was even an issue. We ended up leaving aftwr the first night and we didn't even ask for a refund before the lady started screaming no refund no refund

A decent place to stay I have stayed in all the room types including the accessible room which has a big bathroom with a roll in shower. Unfortunately the bar on the toilet is not functional and not well fixed to the wall with 2 single beds and a queen it is ok and the parking bay is right out as side the door. The air-conditioning was rattling a bit. The single rooms are quite good with a lot of room. Tea coffee toaster and mic-ro-wa-vay. A very nice and helpful to Lady or her hubby to greet and sort you out please note you need to phone up for a booking. regards Kevin Kncassist

Good price Older, clean could do with a little update. Quite location. I recommend staying here.

When I read some of the reviews I was wasn’t expecting much however, I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and well presented, the bed was really comfortable, the TV worked well, the shower was hot and the location was central with a 10 minute walk to the main street. Very quite area, friendly owners, fantastic budget accommodation, couldn’t fault it for the price and I would definitely stay again.

Television remote held together by sticky tape needless to say it didnt work, I was told "you have 2 rooms take the other one no interest in fixing the problem. Both electric blankets did not work. Shower was good.

Clean and affordable.

Room itself was comfortable but needs maintenance. The air-conditioning / heating was excessively noisy and the TV Needs updating, it doesn't have digital channels so was basically useless

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service
