Ace Hotel Sydney

I had breakfast at the Ace Hotel, Loam, and was treated very well by the staff, especially Isabella, a Brazilian woman who was extremely attentive and helpful. The food was delicious, the café au lait was perfect, and oh—I almost forgot—the matcha latte was specially prepared by Isabella, which tasted fantastic 🤩 I’m having all my breakfasts here now! I highly recommend it.

Parking is a short walk to the hotel

Make sure you triple check your booking. They didn’t book the right night - even though I had a confirmation for the right night and a email the week before for the right night.

Perfect for biz and solo travelers wanting to stay central yet quiet. The only time I hear people out was when other rooms open and close their doors.

It was located on the way from the airport to the tourist attractions, and there was a convenience store next door. The best thing was that I was able to check in early.

Easy to use hotel, fun vibe, great bar and restaurant

The room boasts a charming retro-industrial design, and the addition of a record player is a unique touch. The facilities are new and clean, but the carpet is quite dusty, and the bathroom lighting is dim. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs and close to the train station.

Great staff, the aura and energy felt great with the epic downstairs bar

Appreciate the staff getting me into my room early after 27 hours of traveling. Received emails twice regarding my DND which was nice. Very convenient to everything and all staff I encountered were extremely nice. I checked out the restaurant space - stunning decor and views - can only imagine what it looked like at night. The menu looked fantastic. Maybe next time. The cafe had a breakfast sandwich with bacon, a hash brown patty, and a perfectly fried egg that immediately evidenced the difference between US and AUS bacon. Lobby lounge was a great place to recharge and had a nightly happy hour from 4-6 with discounted drinks and a specialty cocktail of the day.
