I had a very bad experience. The Asian staff member who was working on Tuesday night was extremely rude and impolite. He did not seem willing to speak or answer my questions when I asked him something. When I was leaving, he shouted at me and asked for the locker key. I don’t know whether he was being rude or simply inattentive. How was I supposed to leave without returning the key? Especially considering that another staff member was standing behind the counter at the time .

Wow. Raised to $34? Probably best to move to Sydney where any one is so affordable.

I made the effort to call last week specifically to reserve a spot for Monday. The receptionist was very clear: “Please call back on Monday around 12:00 midday and we’ll secure the booking for you.” Following those exact instructions, I started ringing at 11:55 am and continued trying every few minutes until 12:20 pm. Not once did anyone pick up the phone during those 25 minutes, despite the promised availability window. When someone finally answered at 12:20 pm, the first words I heard were: “Sorry, we’re fully booked.” No apology for not answering the phone during the exact time slot they themselves had nominated. No explanation. No offer to put me on a wait-list, suggest an alternative time, or even acknowledge the inconvenience they had caused. Just a blunt dismissal. If a business gives a customer a precise time window to call for a reservation, the bare minimum expectation is that someone will actually be present to answer the phone during that window. Failing to do so — and then casually informing the customer that the opportunity has already passed — is not merely poor service; it is actively disrespectful of people’s time. I will not be returning and I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who values basic reliability and common courtesy. Very disappointed.

Beautiful facility. A lot of fun. But I don't understand why they only accept cash here, especially for $40 on a public holiday. In Australia, you can pay small amounts by card almost everywhere.
