Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

New amenities and great services. Not all 5-stars hotels is like this. I've stayed at the Marriott in the same trip but it can't compare. Also a stone-throw distance from the Opera house.

Had high expectations for our honeymoon trip at a 5-star luxurious hotel, but turned out to be extremely disappointed! During the check-in process, the hotel promised to give us a surprise to celebrate the special occasion, but in the end nothing was arranged. We were surprised to find out that the surprise was no surprise. After checking out, I sent a complaint to the hotel and received a lame excuse claiming that there was an oversight from the in-room dining team. Does the hotel expect guests to give the in-room dining team reminders to arrange a surprise? What kind of service is this? Would never expect a 5-star hotel to make promises that cannot be fulfilled. As a guest, I do not feel valued by the hotel at all! Never ever again will I stay at the Four Seasons.

Perfectly located near the harbor, this hotel is right in the center of the activity hub. We stayed in a city view suite and all Of the amenities were wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. Shower was powerful and hot. Towels soft. But the crown jewel of this location is their breakfast. Absolutely amazing experience. Every detail and service exceeded all expectations! What a wonderful stay and dining experience.
