RoCK Community Pride — Phnom Penh 2026

Rainbow Community Kampuchea (RoCK) puts on Phnom Penh’s yearly LGBTQ+ community party. It’s the closest thing Cambodia has to Pride. No street parade here. Instead, it’s a ticketed evening: drag shows, community speeches, fundraising, and a chance to actually talk to people.

RoCK usually holds it in the cooler months, November to February. It pulls in Phnom Penh’s queer community, expats, NGO folks, and travelers. It's one of the most mixed social gatherings in the capital.

The lack of a parade isn't an oversight. Nobody's asked for government permission for an LGBTQ+ street demonstration. But the event itself? That’s publicly known, and the authorities quietly tolerate it. RoCK uses money from the party to fund its advocacy work, HIV/AIDS awareness, and community support.
