Madras House

No response they don’t answer calls after several attempts I reached.horrible customer service.even now I tried calling the number is switched off .

Located inside a multi floor small shopping center (they call it a mall). Area is clumsy crowded, heavily traffic prone, polluted area, with difficult access. Madras House - Poor Service on catering for buffet, Least menu / dishes, small hall with seating for 40-50 people in tight space, dining inside the resto-bar with few tables, their kitchen can't handle the inflow of people for function (numbers known to them while booking space). Overall all a score of 1 out of 10.

Ok place for parties etc. The service was very slow and there was no place to sit. Could have been better . It's located in a mall , that too on the 3rd floor . Quite difficult to find the location.

Parking fee extortion.

Attended a wedding reception yesterday night. Rooftop decorations are good.When I look at food and the services totally waste. Food is not hygiene . Soup kept open without attender. Guests are not able to do self service. Roti , rubbery not cooked properly and ice cold. Some food counters are empty without top ups or refilling.there was curd vada , that’s can be called hard vada with spoiled curd. Total mismanagement without any care and courtesy,since you are charging for food from bride side .

Excellent hospitality. There's a separate entrance for this. Mr Hanif Mohammed assisted us with great hospitality.

Great place and ambience. Must visit.
