Transitel - A Boutique Hotel

We asked for masala tea at 10 am. They said kitchen is closed, kitchen will open at 12 pm. Very poor customer service.

Worst! Not recommended! Pathetic Staff! Lack of professionalism! They need to change their Staff!

Had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The hospitality and overall service were excellent. Special thanks to Nandita and Shyam for being so courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the stay.

Chilled and Relax Feeling, Felt like home.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist’s behavior was unprofessional and rude, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere from the start. The senior manager appeared to lack basic knowledge and was unable to handle concerns properly. Additionally, incorrect charges were forcefully taken without proper explanation or transparency. In there system chargers category was not mentioned they writing with hand and forcefully taken charges Overall, the service was poor, frustrating, and highly unsatisfactory.

Staffs are very polite and helpful and all the reception members are very accommodating overall good hospitality thanks to Rohit from reception

don’t ever do a mistake of booking a stay here and ruining your trip, worst service ever offered. None of the staff was responsive, all talking lies, lured us to book a room through MMT saying they can provide a room at earliest, then asked us to wait for another 5 hours, complete bullshit.
