We arrived for one night, everything was excellent, clean, service. Perfect location. Thank you very much.

We arrived at the hotel and were initially a bit disappointed. The gap between the photos and reality is quite significant, and the place looks much more impressive in the photos than in reality. We booked a room with a balcony, and when we arrived we discovered that there was an active construction site across from the hotel. We asked to change rooms, but it was not possible. To the staff's credit, they were very kind and tried to help, and even upgraded us to another room. Despite this, at 6:45 in the morning we were woken up by the loud noise of construction work. The location is also less successful for our taste – the area feels more like an industrial area and less like a pleasant area for a vacation. The breakfast was varied and rich, but in terms of taste it did not justify the price in my opinion. In conclusion, the staff was helpful, kind and tried to provide a response, and for that they deserve appreciation. However, the overall experience was disappointing, and for the price we paid we expected a higher level. As far as I am concerned, the hotel does not justify the cost.

Close to 3 to 5 minutes to Ice Mall and close to Gumbo. Excellent rooms with air conditioning that cooled the room perfectly. Delicious food and you can also order French toast and omelets. Nice pool with a cool waterfall. I had a massage with Alona with hot stones, it was very relaxing and helped the muscles. In short, it was perfect.
