Subject: Serious complaint about the level of service and maintenance at the Roxon Red Sea Eilat Hotel. Greetings, We would like to bring to your attention a very difficult and disappointing service experience that we had during our stay at your hotel between 2.6.26 and 4.6.26. On 3.6.26, we contacted the receptionist in the morning and specifically asked that our room be cleaned by 1:00 PM. Although the receptionist initially claimed that this was not possible, we nevertheless asked her to forward the request as an exception to the cleaning team. When we returned to the room at 2:00 PM, we were shocked to discover that the room had not been touched or cleaned at all. Furthermore, there was a terrible smell of sewage throughout the entire floor that severely affected the quality of our stay. Following the situation, we went down to the reception and asked to speak with the manager/shift manager, Mr. Shai Azran. Upon clarification, it became clear that the receptionist did not bother to forward our request to the system or the cleaning staff. Shai personally went up to the room with us and saw for himself that the room had not been cleaned. When we asked for the room to be cleaned immediately and the towels to be replaced, the cleaner who worked on the floor (in the rooms of guests who had left) replied that "there were no towels" and therefore the room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced. This is a serious service failure, lack of professionalism, complete disregard for guests' requests and a maintenance situation that is unacceptable in a hotel of your level. We paid our best for a relaxing vacation, and we received heartache, negligent treatment and poor sanitation conditions (sewage smell and lack of clean towels). Following this experience, we do not intend to return to your hotel in the future or recommend it, and we are considering sharing our experience on the various review sites. Excellent hotel with courteous service and great atmosphere. The breakfast was rich, fresh and very tasty with a large selection. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back again! 🙏🏻

We were on a couple's vacation, The hotel is quiet without children, pleasant design, located right next to the Ice Mall, The food is excellent and the service is courteous throughout the stay (we would like to mention the charming Aaron from the dining room), The room is pleasant but a little small, and lacks storage drawers and the hanging toilet was installed too high, There is a billiard room and clean and luxurious pools, Unfortunately, almost throughout the service, there was a communication problem at the hotel and it was impossible to watch TV. Other than that - highly recommended!!

I spent two days at the hotel with my wife. The hotel is only a few years old so it is very nice, well maintained and very beautiful. The pool and the gym are great. The staff is very friendly (except the bell boy at the entrance that was more interested in his phone than the quests). The hotel breakfast is fantastic, rich and very tasty. The location of the hotel is fair next to the Ice mall, but about 900 meters from the beach. We love the hotel and will definitely come back.

The atmosphere feels more mature, more relaxed, and refreshingly free from the background noise that accompanies many resort-style properties. It is particularly well suited to guests who wish to unwind, read a book, enjoy meaningful conversation, or simply spend a few days in peace without unnecessary distractions. The public areas are well maintained, the communal spaces are inviting, and the snooker area is a welcome addition that enhances the overall stay. Equally enjoyable is the indoor lounge and beverage area, which provides a comfortable retreat from the Eilat heat, especially for guests who prefer a cool, air-conditioned environment over the livelier atmosphere surrounding the pool. From a location standpoint, the hotel is not situated at the center of every major attraction in Eilat, yet this is part of its charm. Its proximity to Ice Mall Eilat offers considerable convenience, while its relative distance from the city's busiest areas allows for a calmer and more restful holiday experience. For travelers who view their hotel as an integral part of their vacation rather than merely a place to sleep, this is a meaningful advantage. That said, a few smaller details prevent the property from fully realizing its considerable potential. The common practice of reserving poolside sunbeds with towels during the early morning hours remains an ongoing issue. While hardly unique to this hotel, it inevitably affects the sense of fairness and comfort around the pool area. A clearer policy regarding unattended sunbeds would significantly improve the guest experience. The food and beverage operation could also benefit from longer and more consistent opening hours. In a hotel that caters primarily to adults, the uninterrupted availability of lounge and refreshment facilities throughout the day and evening contributes greatly to the overall sense of comfort and hospitality. Greater consistency in this area would be a welcome enhancement. Another aspect deserving attention is the towel service. During our stay, several requests were required before the matter was fully resolved. To the hotel's credit, the staff made a genuine effort to compensate for the inconvenience, demonstrating goodwill and professionalism. Nevertheless, in a property aspiring to a higher standard of hospitality, such situations are best prevented rather than remedied afterward. Ultimately, Roxon Red Sea Eilat is not a flawless hotel, but it is a hotel with a clear identity. It understands its audience and offers a quieter, more mature, and more refined alternative to the traditional Eilat resort experience. With a handful of thoughtful improvements and greater attention to operational details, it has the potential to evolve from a very good hotel into one that remains memorable long after the journey home.

Without children and a bomb for a weekend away for a couple, close to everything, service and cleanliness level above Eilat standards!

Adults only hotel Some rooms face the pool with a balcony and some face the parking and the operations area. We came on Friday + Saturday for one night at an unreasonable cost and they asked us to add a fee for staying until Saturday. On Saturday afternoon, they knocked on our door and woke us up from our sleep to ask when we were leaving, after we had paid to stay until Saturday. They ruined our entire Sabbath with this. When I contacted the hotel manager, he answered the phone in the middle of a call, turned his back on me and left the place. Embarrassing!!!

Clean rooms, balcony for each room. Not all balconies face the pool. There is a pool 1.20 m deep. The food is great. Very varied, fresh and tasty. The location, next to the Ice Mall. Missing: Hotel activities.
