I am really very disappointed with this hotel. We were already treated with contempt by the staff at the reception. I don't know if it was because we arrived with children or because we were wearing a kippah. Other guests who arrived at the same time were given a gift suitcase, but we were told: "There is no more left for you". Other guests also received cocktails for the room, and we received nothing. The only person who was really kind was a young man with glasses at the reception, who helped us with the suitcases and gave us excellent service. The food is simply bad. It is clear that everything comes from outside and is not fresh. The hotel urgently needs a real chef. The service at meal times was catastrophic, especially when almost only the Arabic-speaking staff were available, and communication was difficult. The soundproofing in the rooms is appalling. The doors feel like they are made of cardboard, and you can hear every noise. Also, why is there no lock on the bathroom door? Even if you arrive without children, who wants their partner to see them in the bathroom? The pool does not meet safety standards. The flooring around the pool is not suitable for wet areas and is very slippery when wet The internet service and room service also did not work at all. And all this despite the fact that we paid almost 40,000 NIS for four days and three rooms. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Almost nothing here worked as expected from a hotel of this level.

The place is beautiful but recently the lobby and garden are particularly neglected, full of crows in every corner, they don't clear the food or drinks outside and the crows feast. The sofas and floor and the tables are usually really dirty.
