Dan Caesarea Resort - Happiness Is Around

Staff was very slow to respond between 4am and 5am to multiple calls about a loud siren sound within the room. It was horrible, sounding every 2 minutes. Later when I approached the manager, Lilly, she abruptly cut me short when I tried to explain what happened and she showed very little empathy for the negative impact this experience had on anyone. At that time of the night, the problem should have been handled as an urgent matter. The Dan Hotel is understaffed for handling emergencies at night, saying that there was only one person on standby at night. Furthermore Lilly the manager showed a lack of tact and consideration which, had she handled the situation better than she did, could have made the situation less frustrating.

The room was spacious and clean The food was tasty but not wow. There was little choice at dinner and the meat was not tasty. The reception was very nice but I would have expected there to be coffee in the room and not have to go down to reception to look for it or to the dining room

First time in this hotel, the location is great, but the sea is not close, the food is delicious, the waiters are friendly, the rooms are good but small.

Simply amazing There are no words to describe! The food, the service, the attitude of the staff, a different standard than what is in Israel. We will be back many more times and very soon!

The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you go inside you discover how magical it is! Delicious food, pleasant and quiet atmosphere, just fun

One of our favorite hotels in the Dan chain The hotel is beautiful, smells good, the rooms are of a high standard, well maintained, the pool is excellent. The atmosphere around the pool is of a high standard as there is a large, green area that is well maintained. Quite a few sports and activity options for children such as playrooms One of the things the hotel needs to tighten up is the service issue. Say hello to guests when they enter the hotel, offer help with luggage, room service is a little faster, employ service providers who know Hebrew or English at a reasonable level, faster service in restaurants
