A very disappointing experience! We arrived to stay on Shabbat to celebrate my birthday and booked 5 rooms. There was no air conditioning on our entire floor throughout our stay! We were just waiting for Shabbat to end and we could go home… We were promised compensation and now they are shirking their responsibility. Of course we will not give up Beyond that, the Shabbat elevator is problematic and closes, rooms are not clean at all The advantages - the view (which could have been enjoyed if the windows were clean) and the proximity to the sea
Amazing sea view and good service. Food is okay (tasty but not excellent). A significant point is that the hotel has over 20 floors, and on Shabbat (2 Shabbat elevators) the journey up or down can take 15 minutes each way. For Shabbat observant people, I highly recommend a lower floor.
My husband booked us a night, we arrived at the hotel, went downstairs to the pool and the manager kicked us out saying they were in a dispute with the hotel, the room was dirty, especially in the bathroom And the balcony, the windows are dirty and the sea is blurry The beds were on wheels and kept moving The breakfast was mediocre minus It's a shame because the place has potential In short, we won't be back
When we arrived, the pool was not active, there is no gym, and the parking is very far away (a 5-minute walk). The beach is clean and adjacent to the hotel.
Lovely hotel with an amazing sea view, not luxurious but the staff and service were excellent. There was a blockage in the shower and they immediately took care of the problem. Definitely worth the price we paid. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏🏽
We happily and happily booked a vacation at a promising resort!! It wasn't a resort!! What it was, we were greeted by a guard who was taking his lunch break, we apologized for disturbing him, rooms facing a wonderful view were renovated and pleasant, we were greeted by a hallway with a dusty and unmaintained carpet. Since there is no pool in the hotel, we got a decent price. Friday evening, plenty of food but nothing was tasty, finally we found ourselves eating grape leaves that were served like the ones you buy in boxes and a little gefiltefish which is also in a box... Lunch was better. There is a nice reception desk and even a device for cold water that probably dripped so they chose to put a beach towel to soak up the water (only after I expressed my opinion that I felt like I was in a cheap hostel, the towel disappeared)... In short, a hotel with an amazing location and beautiful rooms, but it is a hotel without style, or a desire to step out of the box in order to create an unforgettable experience for guests. And yet we enjoyed the wonderful location.
