Visitors frequently praise the venue's beautiful decoration, cleanliness, and the warm hospitality of Dorit, who makes guests feel at home. However, some guests were disappointed by the reality not matching photos, citing issues with bathroom facilities, accessibility due to stairs, and unmaintained exteriors. A friend sent me the Shaul Estate through Booking.com and told me, "Look, it's dog-friendly." The goal was to go for the night to recover a bit from the missiles and feel quiet. I booked a room today, which turned out to be a room with roommates. The son who received me spoke to his mother and she said that you can't put a dog in a room with roommates. I told her that it wasn't at all clear that it was with roommates, and beyond the fact that it says that dogs are allowed, I encountered insensitivity and insensitivity. I felt like I had no one to talk to, and this was after I had traveled in complete fear that there would be an alarm on the way to get some quiet. The mother said I could change to another room for an additional 300 NIS, which is not financially possible for me. The son said, "What are you deciding?" I told him to give me a moment to breathe when I already feel like I'm about to cry from the treatment. I said I was canceling, I contacted Booking, and Booking contacted Shaul's Manor so that I could receive a refund, the answer was " Property note: "Everything is written on Booking. You are welcome to call Booking and talk to them. We did our best to help. You can still use the reservation. Shabbat Shalom" That is, they blamed it on Booking, even though Booking tried to help. My friend contacted Dorit Shaul. She spoke to her nicely and explained the situation, but she was not willing to come to meet us. It is important to note that the reservation was at 12:00 noon and three hours later I sent a cancellation request. We contacted Booking again but received that the request was rejected. Needless to say, this is a disgraceful and most shocking experience I have ever had with a feeling of insensitivity and insensitivity, especially during this period. Very disappointing…. *Following your false response that we discussed before, I am adding this response here. There is a record of phone calls. And no calls are made to the place. Also, I can't get from the center to Hadera in a state of war at such an hour, and especially when I work the next day. The goal was to arrive on the weekend. A refund would have solved the problem since there was no check-in and there was deception on your part and on the part of Booking.com.

My partner and I stayed in February at the Shaul Manor B&B in Hadera. We had a wonderful experience! The place is really beautifully decorated, very clean and creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere with aromas from nowhere. The lovely Dorit, even before we arrived, was attentive to our requests and when we arrived she made us feel at home and even more so. The location is excellent – close to the sea, relatively quiet and feels secluded and creates an atmosphere that helps you disconnect from your routine. Highly recommended! Thanks for the lemons :)

Dorit is a stunning woman. She welcomed us with a smile and warmth. The place is very pastoral and rustic, like a kibbutz in the city. The service was excellent, we will definitely be back. The balcony is stunning, quiet and provides privacy.
