SEANERGY HOTEL
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location directly on the beach and the consistently kind, courteous, and professional service from the staff, with many describing their rooms as new, luxurious, clean, and tidy. However, a common complaint is the small elevator, which can be challenging, especially with strollers, and some guests have noted a drop in quality or issues with cleaning in certain areas.

We booked a 3-room hotel, a friend recommended it, so we arrived not with many expectations. We were pleasantly surprised indescribable levels. The reception manager, the kitchen manager, the CEO, all work, always with a smile and courtesy, there is no such thing as "impossible" always yes. The location is excellent, descent to the sea from the observation deck by elevator. Across the street there is a supermarket, restaurants. In short, it is the hotel for the next vacation as well. Thank you very much. Hila Hofmeister
The staff is kind and helpful... The room was new and luxurious The location is right on the beach Cons The hotel does not have its own parking The elevator is small and with strollers it was challenging
This is the second year in a row that we are not willing to try something else! After a pleasant experience, we do not see fit to try another place. Our experience begins with the available and flexible service! A breakfast location experience that feels like a luxury restaurant! Excellent room service! Everything is clean and inviting. A pleasant hotel for quiet evenings. Great location by the sea. Affordable and rewarding price! Kashmorei Religion really met all our needs. Of course, the spa experience ... do not give it up! In short, there is no need to look elsewhere for those looking for relaxation and personal attention. Only there!!!!
A dream of a place. The treatment of guests is excellent, pleasant and quiet. Excellent location right on the beach and of course the spa. The breakfast is excellent and varied and the rooms are luxurious.
A disaster, room given late, bad buffet
A very high-class boutique hotel. We arrived Friday and Saturday. My wife and I. Clean and tidy hotel. High-class rooms. The food was perfect. Location with views and access to the beach. Highly recommended.
I've stayed at this hotel five times for Shabbat in the last two years, and until now, I've recommended it to countless people. Many friends came because of me, as this hotel initially had something rare: a truly warm, boutique atmosphere, generous meals, and a real attention to detail. But this time, there's clearly been a significant drop in quality. We had booked three rooms for Shabbat. I arrived at 3:30 PM and we weren't given the keys until 5:20 PM, even though Shabbat ended at 7:00 PM. This is unacceptable in a hotel accustomed to hosting Shabbat guests. When you arrive early to make arrangements before Shabbat, receiving the rooms so late puts guests under stress. In one of the rooms, there were three of us adults. We were promised a proper extra mattress, but in the end, I slept on a sofa bed. Regarding the food, I prefer to be honest; this is where the hotel has really fallen short. The caterer Réouven was present, but I won't criticize them personally as I don't know what instructions or budgets they were given. However, the food on the plate was nowhere near the standard of previous stays. Friday evening's dishes were bland, the portions were small, and there was little choice. Luckily, the French-speaking receptionist was kind enough to bring us fruit for dessert. Shabbat lunch: very little variety, practically nothing for children, and a lack of the little details that used to make all the difference. There's a real focus on cost-cutting in the food, and in the hotel industry, that's immediately apparent. I know this sector very well, and what makes a hotel's reputation isn't just about beautiful rooms or decor. It's the details: the quality of the welcome, the abundance, the overall customer experience. The beds remain comfortable, the hotel still has potential. As for the service, the waiters seemed primarily focused on clearing tables quickly rather than offering a genuine customer experience. It's truly a shame, because this hotel had a very promising start and could have become a benchmark. Now, you can feel it's losing what made it so strong. I sincerely hope the owners react before its reputation takes a real hit. Mr. Dray
